Table Rental Northdam Mill: The Blissful Revolution Arts and Crafts Bazzar

This is an agreement by and between Northdam Mill, The Blissful Revolution, and ________________________ (The "Renter"), whose address is ________________________________________________. Northdam Mill will lease to Renter space for the purposes of presenting the following production(s): The Blissful Revolution Arts and Crafts Bazzar

By signature below, Renter, by its authorized representative, agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Terms of Agreement: Northdam Mill shall allow Renter non-exclusive use of the Northdam Mill, restrooms,and parking for the following date(s) and time(s): December 8th 11-6pm and December 9th 12-5pm, 2007.

2. Rental Fees: The regular rental fee is $75 per table for a two day event
a . Renters should have their own liability policies to cover themselves and their merchandise.
b. Indemnification. Renter indemnifies Northdam and Rayne Hoke/ dba Blissful Revolutuion Arts and Crafts Bazaar from liability for any damages or loss as a result of Renter’s activities that may take place upon the premises.

3. Illegal Activities. Renter may not violate any municipal, state, federal or any other law, ordinance or regulation while inside the facility during the term of this agreement.

4. Taxes. Renter is responsible for all local, state and federal sales taxes and fees incurred as a result of Renter’s activities.
